Welcoming our new COO, Heinrich Montana

After more than two decades of leadership, Inviso co-founder Ken Lippe is stepping down as Chief Operations Officer.

We’re pleased to announce that Heinrich Montana will be stepping into the Chief Operating Officer role, bringing deep industry experience and fresh perspective to the next phase of Inviso’s growth. This new role will provide commercial leadership and alignment across all operations and client delivery functions.

We’re confident that under Heinrich’s leadership, Inviso will continue to achieve stellar results and even greater success. He brings a wealth of insight from leadership roles at Microsoft, as CEO and Partner of 110 Consulting, and as COO and CEO of Launch Consulting Group. His expertise will be invaluable as we continue to evolve our business and service offerings in the era of AI.

Heinrich’s commitment to giving back—through his support of the Rafiki Foundation and more recent involvement with Auto Angels—reflects his strong alignment with Inviso’s culture and values. We look forward to what’s ahead!

Over Inviso’s 21+ year history, Ken has been a steady, visionary leader, shaping not only our operations, but also our culture. His strong work ethic, drive for excellence, and commitment to continuous improvement have played a vital role in building a company that supports both its employees and its clients. We’re deeply grateful for his impact and ongoing support.
Ken will remain onboard through the end of 2025 to support a smooth transition and ensure continuity across teams and initiatives.
