Challenge
As part of an annual Leadership Summit, 75 OSV business leaders and specialists came together for a half-day Build-A-Bot workshop. The challenge was to ideate on automation of existing business processes using Microsoft Copilot and then create a beta solution that could solve a business problem, reduce operating costs, and increase efficiencies.
Solution
- Inviso provided an overview of Copilot Studio and a master class on the art of prompting.
- Participants were divided into groups and went to work using Copilot Studio to create chatbots using knowledge sources and existing workflows.
- Inviso experts were on hand to fieldquestions and help teams bring their solutions to life.
Results
- In just a few short hours, the group produced 28 agents using business-specific knowledge sources, including SharePoint, Outlook, and public websites.
- All chatbots were successfully published to Teams and participants were able to present their solutions to the larger audience from the lens of a chatbot user.
- The executive team at OSV indicated that the workshop exceeded expectations, particularly as a few of the solutions were near production-ready after this short exercise.
